To register as a vendor with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), you can follow these steps:
- Visit the ADNOC Group website and navigate to the “Suppliers and Contractors” section.
- Click on the “Registration” tab and select “Vendor Registration.”
- Review the “Vendor Registration Guidelines” document and ensure that your company meets the eligibility criteria.
- Click on the “Register Now” button to access the ADNOC registration portal.
- Create an account on the portal by providing your company’s details, including the legal name, address, and contact information.
- Upload the required documents, including your company’s trade license, registration certificate, and tax registration certificate.
- Complete the registration form and submit it for review.
- Wait for ADNOC to review your registration application. If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and will be added to ADNOC’s approved vendor list.

Eligibility for ADNOC registration
- A Mainland Abu Dhabi DED License which can be in the form of an LLC or Foreign Branch
- The Trade License with Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) Approval
- The activities mentioned in the trade license must be similar to the services and products a company plans to conduct with ADNOC
ADNOC Vendor Registration; required documents and details
- Company Trade License
- VAT Registration details (TRN Number)
- Company size, number of employees, address.
- Financial Audit from the past 2 x years (if applicable)
- ISO Certification
- Ministry of Labour list of all Abu Dhabi employees, including an Organisation chart
- Ownership details (of all shareholders and UBOs)
- Management information and contact details
